R..C.K. (Razorback Outreach for Neighborhood and Information) Camp Adventure is a thrilling program held in conjunction with the UREC Outside located inside College Recreation. R..C.Ok. Camp Adventure will present a fun, rugged, and thrilling expertise for college kids who enjoy the nice open air and all that nature has to supply… all while learning what it means to be a True Razorback!
The guided Black Canyon kayak journey starts on the base of the world-renowned Hoover Dam and continues down river, offering ample time to soak in the natural Hot Springs along the way. On this full day journey, you can get pleasure from the great thing about Black Canyon while using the Colorado River currents all the way in which all the way down to well-known Willow Beach. Transportation to and from the launch point, safety gear, security briefing, water, snacks and lunch are included. YEAR-ROUND.
The next day, we rented a canoe on the nearby Grand Mesa Lodge and tried out our new fishing pole. Jordan and I have tried fly fishing a pair occasions before however never actually obtained the grasp of it, so we bought a plain ol’ rod and reel. And it completely worked!
