Although I make my living as an acoustic blues guitar participant, I’m fascinated by all nice finger picking guitarists and I at all times wished to learn to play Deep River Blues.
Sunday we took a journey into Memphis to do just a few caches and take a stroll down Beale Street. Beale Street was constructed on recollections – good and bad. It first rang out over the cotton fields of the Mississippi Delta. It migrated to the streets and golf equipment of Memphis. It went on to affect the sound of music all around the world. Memphis is the House of the Blues and the Birthplace of Rock ‘n Roll. And all of it starts here on Beale Road.
